Our administrators are happy to answer any ad hoc queries you might have in the absence
of the case team members, who may often be out on home visits when you call. Or they
can get a message to the person you wish to speak to. We keep case records on our
bespoke database so that details are available should you wish to call in with any
questions. The administration team work hard to support the case team and the handy
person team to enable them to do their jobs to the best of their ability. The administrators
also have sound local knowledge and if they can, will point you in the direction
of other useful services in the locality. Team members have excellent working relationships
with the local authority personnel and with the Community Occupational Therapy teams
and can refer individuals to these partners for assessment or for further advice.
As you might appreciate, administrators are so pivotal to the smooth working of any
organisation and we appreciate our team will always go the extra mile and do their
best to help our customers. We also have on our team a Health and Safety Specialist
to ensure we all work in optimum conditions.
